Google user data. Darwin Calendar accesses Google Calendar data (via the calendar.readonly and calendar.events scopes) solely to check availability and create or cancel appointments requested by the business's customers. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used to create, train, or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models — neither ours nor any third party's. When scheduling context is processed by our AI assistant, it is sent to model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) exclusively under API/enterprise terms that contractually prohibit training on that data, and it is not retained by them for secondary purposes.
